Entry to the main programme of events

You will receive an e-ticket via email. When you arrive in Whitchurch, we’ll be swapping your tickets for wristbands, which will help us to get you in and out of venues efficiently.

If you are buying pre-paid parking tickets, you will be able to collect your wristband from the parking area. If you are arriving by train, bus, bicycle or on foot, or if you’re parking somewhere else in town, you can collect your wristband from Whitchurch Town Hall. Please bring proof of having bought your ticket, either printed out or on your phone (we prefer the latter).

If you require any further assistance, please let us know ahead of time on info@whitchurchfolk.com.

Please note that entry to concerts and other events is subject to space being available at the venue. Therefore, please arrive in good time to ensure you are able to access your desired concerts, bearing in mind that door tickets for events will go on sale 5 minutes before the start of the event. Please allow a little time to get seated and settled before the start. Our volunteer stewards will help late arrivals to find seats during applause breaks in the performance.

Seats are not numbered or pre-allocated.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any Festival venue.

Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises at the Methodist Church and the Baptist Church.
